How to Cancel Your Subscription

We hate to see you go, but we believe in making cancellation easy and transparent. No phone calls, no email hoops.

Step-by-Step Cancellation

  1. Navigate to DripBox > Settings > License.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the portal, click the Cancel Plan button.
  4. Confirm your choice.

What happens next?

  • Your license will remain active until the end of your current paid period (e.g., if you paid for a year and cancel in month 6, you still have 6 months of updates left).
  • After that date, your license key will stop working for updates and support. Your existing boxes will continue to display normally on your site. However, your account will revert to the free plan limits — you will be able to manage up to 2 products only. To add new products or regain full access, simply reactivate your license.
