Most users install DripBox in under two minutes.
If something does not work as expected, use the checklist below to quickly identify and fix the issue.
Issue 1: The Plugin Does Not Activate
Possible causes and fixes:
- PHP version too old
DripBox requires PHP 7.4 or higher.
Check this in Tools > Site Health or contact your hosting provider. - Corrupted ZIP file
Re-download thedripbox.zipfile from your purchase email and upload it again. - Plugin conflict
Temporarily deactivate other plugins and try activating DripBox again.
Issue 2: License Key Shows as Invalid
Checklist:
- Make sure you copied the entire license key
- Remove any extra spaces before or after the key
- Confirm you are activating the license on the correct domain
- Check that your license is active in your account dashboard
After fixing, click Activate again.
Issue 3: Boxes Do Not Appear on the Frontend
Most common causes:
- Page cache or server cache is enabled
Clear cache from:- Your caching plugin
- Your hosting control panel (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, etc.)
- CDN cache (Cloudflare)
Purge the CDN cache and reload the page.
Issue 4: Changes Do Not Show After Editing a Box
Fix:
- Clear cache
- Refresh the page using an incognito window
- If using a page builder, update the page and save again
