1. 30-Day Money-Back Refund
We stand behind the quality of DripBox. If the Software does not materially function as described on your site, you may be eligible for a full refund within 720 hours (30 calendar days) of your initial purchase, subject to the conditions below.

First Purchase Only: This guarantee applies only to your first order.

Opportunity to Fix: You agree to provide our support team with adequate opportunity and access (e.g., screenshots or temporary staging access) to resolve technical issues. If you refuse to cooperate with our support team to fix a reported error, you are not eligible for a refund.

Migration Failures: Migration issues must be reported to our support team. Since every WordPress environment is unique, we require at least one technical assistance attempt by our team to resolve migration failures before processing a refund for “migration failure.”

Exclusions: Refunds are not granted for subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind after successful migration, or lack of specific business results. Purchasing the product, completing a successful migration, and then requesting a refund without a valid technical reason constitutes abuse of this guarantee and will be declined.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@getdripbox.com with your Order ID or License Key. We aim to review refund requests within 48 business hours of receipt. Refund requests must be submitted within 720 hours (30 calendar days) from the exact timestamp of your purchase confirmation email.
3. License Revocation (Important)
Please note that DripBox is a digital software product.
- Upon issuing a refund: Your License Key will be immediately deactivated and blocked in our system.
- Effect: The plugin installed on your website(s) will automatically stop functioning or revert to the restricted free mode during the next remote validation check. You agree to uninstall the Software from your domains after receiving a refund.
4. Situations NOT Covered
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:
- Change of mind after 30 days.
- Renewals: Renewals: Annual plan renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent future charges. Lifetime plans have no renewals.
- Price Differences: Refunds will not be granted based on price differences due to sales, promotions, or coupons offered after your purchase.
- Abuse: Purchasing the product, downloading it, and immediately asking for a refund without a valid technical reason (“serial refunding”).
- Incompatibility: Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments that are not standard WordPress compliant (though we usually try to help fix these first).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@getdripbox.com before opening any dispute with your payment provider. We respond within 48 business hours and prefer to resolve issues directly.
Opening a chargeback dispute without contacting us
first will result in:
– Immediate permanent deactivation of your license key across all associated domains
– Removal from our customer database
– Disqualification from future purchases
We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks by submitting full transaction documentation to Stripe, including proof of delivery, license activation records, and any prior support communications.
